How Does Delivery & Collection Work?

We currently are not allowing customers to pick up and drop off their rental orders. We deliver and collect your equipment at the delivery address you provide at the checkout. Once we receive your order request, we will calculate the delivery & collection cost based on your location and send you a final order amount and a secure payment link. We currently deliver to the following counties: Kent, Ottawa, Allegan, Muskegon, Montcalm, Mecosta, Newaygo, Ionia, and Barry. Outside of this delivery area we offer shipping on all of our rental offerings with exception to our car lifts and creepers. Every order includes free used oil pickup and disposal.


How Does Rental Shipping Work?

Customers who place rental orders outside of our West Michigan delivery range have the option to have smaller items shipped directly to them. Once you have selected your rental dates and finish checking out, we will send you a final order amount and payment link with the shipping and return shipping label cost included. NOTE: If you are planning on having us ship your rental order, please take shipping time into account when selecting your rental date range and expect a 3 to 5 day shipping time window based on your location. If we cannot get your products to you by the start date you selected, we will notify you via email so you can choose a different start and end date that works for you. A tracking number and estimated arrival date will be emailed to you once we receive your payment.

NOTICE: We ask customers to ship equipment back within one day of the rental end date/time. If we don't receive a shipping confirmation within 1 day after the end date of your rental period we will contact you by email. We will charge you the daily rental rate for the equipment every additional day after the 1 day leniency window.


Which Rental Products Do You Ship?

We currently offer nationwide shipping only on our alignment and diagnostic rental equipment. 


Do You Collect A Security Deposit?

We do not collect security deposits on our rental equipment but if we determine that repairs to the equipment are needed, other than ordinary wear and tear, the customer will pay the full repair charges, and rental of the equipment until the repairs are completed. If the equipment is stolen or damaged in excess of 40% of the equipment’s fair market value, the customer will be held responsible to pay for the replacement of the equipment. If you have any other concerns about our terms and conditions of use, please contact us via email at [email protected].


What Types Of Payment Do You Accept?

We currently allow customers to pay via credit or debit card through a secure payment link we send with the contract. This payment link will be sent to your email once we have reviewed your online order request.
